Ryan Mabie

Ryan entered the investment services industry in 2001 with Morgan Stanley.  He focuses on asset management and financial planning.  He holds Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration and Finance from Ferris State University and obtained his MBA with an emphasis on Finance from Western Michigan University. 

He enjoys spending time with his wife, Koree their daughters, family and friends. Ryan's an avid golfer, outdoorsman and runner.  He is very involved with a variety of local organizations, both professional and philanthropic including the Cedar Springs Community Foundation, Cascade Acres Home Owners Association and Ferris State University College of Business Curriculum Committee.

Ryan holds through LPL Financial his Series 7, 66, 31, Life and Health insurance licenses.

Carol Dehen

Carol began her career in the financial services industry in 1986. While at Morgan Stanley for 12 years she served as Assistant Branch Manager and Investment Consultant. She holds her Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 8 (General Supervisory), Series 31 (Managed Futures), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent), Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor) through LPL Financial as well as Life Insurance and Annuity licenses.
 
A native of Grand Rapids, Carol and her husband Kyle have two children. They spend their leisure time together at their family cottage as well as golfing and traveling.

Tanya Hawley

Tanya began her career in the Financial Industry in 2000, working at Fifth Third Bank on the Fixed Income Trading desk.  She later become a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley.

She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, focusing on Finance and Economics.

Tanya and her husband, George, live in Allendale, MI and have two children, a son who recently graduated Michigan State University and a daughter who is currently in high school.  In her free time, Tanya enjoys gardening, hiking and camping.

Tanya holds through LPL Financial her series 7, 66, 31 as well as Life, Accident, Health and Long Term care licenses.

Jonathan brings over a decade over wealth management and advisory experience to the team. His focus has been in the West Michigan area, which is where he has lived for most of his life.

Jonathan’s vision for a client experience is to provide clients with an advisor and partner that is always available to help alleviate the stress and uncertainty that often comes with financial planning.

He works tirelessly to help clients make the decisions they need to pursue their best retirement lifestyle. From hosting regular follow-up meetings with clients to creating easy-to-understand retirement plans, Jonathan’s primary focus is to give clients the confidence that their goals are addressed. Few things make Jonathan as happy as seeing his clients breathe a sigh of relief after meeting with him and understanding their strategy.

Jonathan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™  professional. Jonathan passed the Series 7 and 66 exams, held with LPL Financial, and holds life and health insurance licenses. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration and finance from Grand Valley State University.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters doing anything outdoors. He loves to go boating and kayaking and playing a round or two of golf. In the wintertime, he goes snowboarding as often as possible.

Nathan uses his knowledge and experience to help clients navigate the complex world of finance and retirement planning with confidence.

Nathan started in the industry in 2013 and since then has worked to create simple, effective and easy-to-understand plans for his clients. As someone deeply interested in finance, Nathan understands the complexities of retirement planning. That’s why he breaks his financial strategies into bite-size chunks designed for ease of understanding. He also works to ensure that each plan aligns with crucial components like family values and unique financial considerations.

Nathan has passed the Series 7 and 66 securities exams, held with LPL Financial, and holds life, accident, health and variable insurance licenses. He graduated from Grand Valley State University with bachelor’s degrees in finance and business.

In his free time, Nathan enjoys all things outdoors, including hunting, fishing and hiking. He also likes to spend time with friends, family and his dog, Mags.

Matthew Pursley

Matt graduated from Hillsdale College in 1982 with a degree in business administration and has been a financial advisor for over 35 years. 

His hobbies include tennis, biking, hunting, skeet shooting, and working out.  He also enjoys spending time with his 3 adult children. 

When Matt is not at his home in Grand Rapids, he spends time at his home in Harbor Springs, MI.

Jeanne has been in the financial services industry since 2000, beginning as Operations Manager with Morgan Stanley, earning their Service Excellence Award in 2012.  

She brings over 20 years of experience and a wonderful energy and attitude to our team. 

Jeanne is an avid sports fan and in her free time.  She has one daughter, Danielle, who is a graduate student at Georgetown University.  She will soon be pursuing Med School.

Jenna joined Mosaic Wealth Management in February of 2023 as the front desk Administrative Assistant. While she is still training, she has come to thoroughly enjoy helping clients, learning all aspects of the Financial World, and working closely with our staff. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and camping, she is also an avid angler and a member of the Michigan Trout Unlimited Organization and volunteers at the Humane Society of West Michigan.

In his free time, Jon enjoys strength training, staying active, and exploring the markets as both a student and trader. He is motivated by continuous growth and looks forward to building a career centered on helping clients pursue their goals.

Randy entered the financial services industry in 2006 with Principal Financial Group.

While building his financial practice at the time, he continued building his tax practice by serving clients with timeliness and integrity.

Randy received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, continuing his education with a masters of taxation from Grand Valley State University.

In his free time, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly at Oakgrove Campground, and their two married daughters and son-in-laws. Randy is especially fond of his grandsons and granddaughter. 

Randy passed the CPA exam, the CFP exam, and series 7 and 66 exams, held with LPL Financial.
